Animal Products Technology

This module examines the processing steps and technologies involved in producing safe and wholesome animal derived foods. The module is mainly focused on the production of typical commercial animal-based products by integrating unit operations into processing lines and exploring additives, ingredients and formulations required for the manufacturing of such products.
