This module gives the student an overall appreciation of the hospitality industry, its structures both internally and externally, and support services. The overall aim of the module is to outline the structure and background of the hospitality sector, and show how it fits in to the overall tourism product, setting the scene for development in the area and develop appreciation for its future development.
