It analyses the strategies available to address these ever changing challenges and measures their impact of business performance and sustainability. It also presents the relevance and importance of this subject with regard to strategic development. The module aims to develop an appreciation of the complexities associated with food business management and assist in the identification of strategies to manage an operation in today's business environment.
