The internship is a planned work-based learning experience in a professional culinary or food-based establishment designed to assist in introducing the learner to a professional work environment and developing learner confidence.

Units 1-12 Experiential Learning in a Reputable Establishment
Practical experience in the workplace and documenting personal reflections online through Brightspace.
The focus is on student-centred learning and involvement. This module is designed to enable the learner to develop and apply specific skills in a variety of situations. The learner will be supported by school tutors (monitors) and industry mentor.
