Marketing Work Placement Programme

It has been demonstrated that learning in a workplace context enhances student performance, subsequent gradute placement and graduate employability. In addition, work placement  ensures that a programme of study remains relevant and that the student grasps the link between theory and practice.

Withiin the marketing arena, the pace of development and the variety of boundary-spanning roles designated as marketing require that students develop a strong understanding of the nature of such roles. The discipline of marketing is pratice-led and requires the student to be familiar with the realities of marketing practice in terms of planning, organising, implementating and evaluating marketing activity.
