Colm is an Assistant Lecturer based on our Tallaght Campus. Colm lectures in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Event Management, and Marketing at both Undergraduate and Postrgraduate levels. An award winning Chef, Colm holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management, and several postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and Social Care. In addition to lecturing at our School Colm is Centre Manager at Tivoli Training Centre in Dun Laoghaire, a Probation Service Community Organisation overseeing daily operations and program management for over 130 participants.

Colm has several years experience in working in Community and Education and Social Care and has also lectured on Addiction Studies in TU Dublin. He is a published contributor in fields of Local History, Tourism, Marketing and Gastronomy. Colm is also a voluntary Company Director with Casadh CLG and Chairperson of Donore Community Drug and Alcohol Team CLG. Additionally in 2015 he was appointed as a Peace Commissioner by the Minister for Justice.
