The Convene Enterprise Early Mentoring Programme is a unique opportunity for professionals to receive training and qualification in mentorship, while providing valuable support and guidance to TU Dublin students in their transition from Higher Education to early career employment.
Convene Enterprise Mentors will connect with students for 8 hours over a period of two months. On completion of the programme, mentors will receive a Level 9 micro credential in Early Career Mentoring (5 ECTS)—at no cost. As a pilot initiative, this programme is currently funded by Convene. Professionals not seeking a CPD are also welcome. They are not required to deliver assignments and can tailor their earning. Please view brochure below for timelines.
