TU Dublin Faculty Members Lead Hilton Haikou Staff to Graduation Success
Front-of-house and F&B staff at the Hilton Haikou, on China’s northern coast, have successfully completed training programmes lead by TU Dublin’s School of Tourism & Hospitality Management faculty members, Zhen Yao and John Ryan. Zen and John imparted invaluable knowledge and insights to the dedicated team during their teaching mission in China last year.
Hilton Haikou celebrated the culmination of this endeavour with a graduation ceremony marking the achievement of the staff members. The training has equipped them with the necessary skills and expertise to further elevate the hospitality standards at Hilton Haikou.
