Dr Deirdre Quinn is a Consumer Behaviourist teaching Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, Services Marketing, and Customer Care modules across a range of undergraduate programmes, full-time and part-time, in Tourism, Hospitality, and Events. She also teaches Current Tourism Research and, a Travel and Tourism module to undergraduates, and Emerging Issues and International Tourism Trends, Products and Markets to MSc students. Deirdre is a team member for the delivery of the Exploring Research Methods module to PhD candidates and supervises dissertations at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. She is also the Year Tutor for 2nd year BSc International Hospitality Management Programme (TU952).

Dr Quinn is a graduate of the University of Wales (PhD), the University of Detroit (MBA), the University of Dublin (BSc in Mgmt), and the CDVEC (Advanced Diploma in Marketing Techniques).

Deirdre also has significant industry experience in the aviation, retail and philanthropy industry sectors.
