A Brighter Future? Accelerating Institutional Transformation for Gender Equality in Higher Education
This Athena SWAN conference, on Monday, 15 June, from 9am to 3pm, will provide an opportunity to hear from leaders and experts on transforming HE institutions towards gender equality while also sharing experiences on challenges and opportunities ahead.
Learning, participation and co-creation will be ensured through a mix of session formats- including keynotes, webinars, roundtables and workshops. The emphasis during the afternoon session will be on exploring how to move away from binary concepts of gender and to adopt an intersectional approach in the design, implementation and evaluation of gender action plans.
