Calling all QQI Level 5 and level 6 working early childhood educators! Do you want to build your qualifications up to level 7? The *NEW work-based  BA Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 7) at TU Dublin offers current early childhood educators a blended work-based (part-time) programme to build their qualifications through flexible, interactive, on-line and in-person delivery. Our programme run from our Blanchardstown campus, builds strong links between work-based practice and theoretical knowledge through a range of delivery modes convenient to those working in the profession. Students will have the opportunity to link their learning to  practice throughout the programme, with significant emphasis on the value of practice led learning and the theoretical underpinnings for practice.

The programme is approved by the Qualifications Advisory Board (QAB) as a professional award in Early Learning and Care and eligible for Nurturing Skills Learner fund approval.

Minimum QQI level 5 Major award in Early Childhood, two years experience in an early childhood setting. Advanced entry to year 2 may be considered for applicants holding a QQI level 6 Major.
