Entrepreneurship Programmes & Support Services Team

I have been in the role since November 2019, and since then, I have worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs. My approach to running the programme is all about fostering communication, collaboration, and personal growth. As a programme alumna, I truly understand the challenges entrepreneurs face. With my background as a marketer, businesswoman, and now a programme manager, I bring a wealth of experience to my role.

From day one, I emphasize the importance of community, believing that teamwork and networking are key to success. I use the GROW coaching model to create small groups for collaborative problem-solving. To tackle challenges like monthly reporting, I leverage peer-to-peer learning, making the process smoother for everyone.

I introduce the Myers-Briggs Personality Test to improve communication and collaboration among participants. I also incorporate team-building exercises to help participants connect early on. I actively listen to feedback and refine the programme to ensure it remains relevant and practical.

I am committed to continuous learning, innovation, and progress. I guide entrepreneurs toward their ‘aha’ moments, helping them transform ideas into impactful ventures. My dedication has led entrepreneurs to remarkable successes, including securing significant revenue and funding, developing award-winning products, and building strong brand visibility.
