As an Enterprise Academy Instructional Designer, I work with both academic and enterprise-based staff as well as enterprise experts to design and develop online learning programmes that meet the future skill needs of Irish society and the economy.
Having worked as an Instructional Designer within the faculty of Science Health at the Dublin Institute of technology since 2015, I have a wealth of experience delivering and developing online learning programmes. Added to my role within Higher Education I have also worked as a consultant advising on several international cross-disciplinary educational projects, many of these addressing skill-needs in the context of digital transformation and the move towards developing effective work-based learning.
