Our co-design process involves:

Discovery Phase: Engaging with enterprise partners to understand and identify critical skill gaps and learning solutions.

Curriculum Co-Development: Collaborating with TU Dublin academic experts to develop tailored curricula that incorporate practical applications.

Accreditation: Ensuring programmes meet national and international standards, providing recognised qualifications that meet Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) requirements.

Delivery: Implementing flexible learning models, including micro-credentials and work-based learning, in the appropriate format to accommodate busy working professionals.
Programme Co-Design Case Studies

Version 1: Certificate in Leadership
Version 1, partnered with TU Dublin to develop a bespoke, multi-annual Certificate in Leadership (Level 9, 10 ECTS). The programme is designed to build consistency in leadership across the organisation.

Intel: Immersive Technologies Training Modules
TU Dublin adapted Game Asset Design and Programming modules to meet Intel’s need for efficient, low-cost training for new staff. Using immersive tech, the modules simulate advanced equipment and offer stackable credits toward a Level 9 award.

BT Sourced: Certificate in Applied Procurement Management
BT Sourced identified critical skill gaps and turned to TU Dublin to address them. This programme addressed digital transformation and sustainability challenges in procurement.
