Our scholarships support students developing skills in computing, digital technologies, and data science. They aim to foster innovation, recognise potential, and make education more accessible in these fast-evolving fields.
Huawei Tech4Her Scholarships @ TU Dublin
TU Dublin is the largest provider of computer science graduates in Ireland, and among the largest in Europe. Delivering 20% of the national talent pipeline to a key area of skills shortage in the state, our strength in computer science is complemented by a collaborative, inclusive, and global approach to education, research, and innovation. Industry partnership is central to supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce in the Technology sector.
The Huawei Tech4Her Scholarship at TU Dublin demonstrate Huawei’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech sector. The scholarships recognise 8 students with a financial award of €3,000 each and the opportunity to engage with employees from Huawei to learn about career paths and skills for work in the tech sector.
Applications will reopen in semester two of academic year 2025/26.

Since 2019, the Intel Scholarship Programme has provided funding to students across disciplines ranging from Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, to Computing, and Game Design. As well as the financial support, mentoring and access to the wider ecosystem in Intel has created a lasting and transformative intervention in the lives of TU Dublin recipients.

A number of scholarships, which include monetary bursaries in the amount of €3,000, will be offered to selected students who are pursuing an undergraduate Level 8 Degree in Physics, Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Applications are currently closed.
ELIGIBILITY: The opportunity to apply for a scholarship will be offered to the undergraduate students who are working in fields related to Intel’s research and technology needs. The scholarship is open to female students who are pursuing a Level 8 Degree in Physics, Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering in the 2022/2023 academic year. Students should be in the third or final year of their degree. The expectation is that these students will be seeking employment opportunities in the second half of 2024 or 2025.
THE AWARDS: A monetary award of €3,000 will be made to the successful students. The successful students will also be allocated an Intel mentor who will be available throughout their academic studies. Students will also be invited to complete a summer work placement at Intel*.
FUTURE PLANS: Intel will remain in contact with the successful students during the remainder of the 2023/2024 academic year and may invite the successful candidates to attend on-site or virtual events. Students should be available to undertake their summer work placement in 2024.
