Seven new bike maintenance stands installed
Seven new bike maintenance stands have been installed across TU Dublin campuses, with funding from the NTA Active Travel infrastructure fund. The newly installed stands are equipped with all the tools a cyclist or mobility device user on the go might need to help keep a bike or mobility device in good working order.
Bike maintenance stands locations
- Park House, Grangegorman campus (beside the cycle parking at the front of the building).
- between Orchard House and Rathdown House, Grangegorman campus
- between East Quad and Lower House, Grangegorman campus
- Bolton Street, (beside the cycle parking in the main carpark)
- Aungier Street, (beside the cycle parking in the in basement carpark)
- Croí building, Blanchardstown campus (beside cycle parking)
- Students Union, Tallaght campus (beside cycle parking)
Each stand features:
- elevated stand
- air pump
- Philips screwdriver
- spanner 13mm -17mm sizes
- adjustable flat wrench
- allen key - multiple sizes
