Denise began lecturing in the School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology at Technology University Dublin part-time in 2017 part time, before moving to a full time lecturing role.

Prior to pursuing a career in Culinary Arts Lecturing, Denise gained extensive industry experience working in many different restaurants and catering establishments reaching Head Chef/ Management level.

Denise teaches across a wide range of subjects including nutrition, food safety, food science, culinary skills, pastry and the mindful kitchen.
