Mary graduated from TU Dublin Kevin Street (formerly DIT) with a BSc in Bakery Production & Management and completed a Level 8 Food Science & Technology & MSc in Food Business Management & Technology with TU Dublin.

Over the years Mary has enjoyed working in various roles in the Baking Industry including Technical Accounts Management with Goldenbake and Production & Operations Manager with Virginia Health Food Company from 2016-2018.

Mary taught practical bakery classes in the Baking Academy of Ireland for nine years and for the last three years has worked as a Program Manager for Food Science Programs with a private College of Applied Science.

She is very happy to be joining the Baking and Pastry Arts team in Grangegorman.
