*Note: Tallaght students (societies) can not enter these awards as Tallaght has a local process for deciding who represents them at BICS

How To Apply For An Award

  1. Download the relevant application form(s)
  2. Fill in the form and save as name of Society and Category
  3. Submit a separate doc of your portfolio* and your video*
  4. Email your application and proposed portfolio layout to the Societies Office by Monday 10th of May 12pm (Please note that exams start on this date so it is advised that applications are submitted before Friday 7th May)

**Portfolios & Videos:
We only ask Societies who are serious about representing us at the BICS Awards to provide a proposed portfolio layout and a draft 5-minute video!

In order to represent TU Dublin City Campus at the BICS Awards, you must first win that category at the TU Dublin Societies Awards.

  • Monday 22nd February: Societies Awards Applications Released
  • Monday 10th May: Deadline for Socs Awards Submission
  • Thursday 27th May: Virtual Societies Awards 2021
