*Note for Blanchardstown students looking to use Datapac services in other locations:
Blanchardstown - while technically also being serviced by Datapac - are running an Equitrac solution, while the other locations are running a Safecom solution, so they are not like-for-like. If a Blanchardstown student wants to print in Grangegorman, Aungier Street, or Bolton Street where a kiosk (and the guest print option) isn't currently operational, Datapac advise that the student contact the helpdesk and they will generate safecom credentials for the student.
Our printing services in Blanchardstown are operated by Datapac.
- In order to print, you must first top up your account by logging in to Datapac's top up site. Note that this link is Blanchardstown specific, and not currently on the Datapac website.
- Then, when printing, send your items to the Colour (HP Follow You Colour) or Black and White (HP Follow You) print queues. Your print job can then be released from any printer.
- You need to authenticate your TU Dublin credentials to print. This can be done with your staff/ student or by entering your username and password.
- For mobile print, log in to the mobile print login, upload your document, and follow the steps as above.
