This module introduces the student to philosophy of manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It provides an insight to the science of manufacturing and the current improvement methodologies used to drive efficiencies and enhanced quality. It explores the pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape in Ireland, and prepares students for a career or enhances the students career development in the sector
In addition the module introduces students to the principals of Management with a particular emphasis on the behaviour of individuals in organisations.
