The Lean Hub (Lean Process Improvement Team) which was established in April 2023 brings together a diverse range of expertise spanning Lean Methodology, Quality Management, Business Analysis, Service Management, Engineering, Higher Education, Customer Service and Telecoms.

United by a shared passion for continuous improvement, we work collaboratively to enhance processes, improve experiences for staff and students, and support a culture of learning and innovation across TU Dublin.
