Who We Are

TrailblazHER™ is a vibrant and dynamic community of people, organisations and enterprises led by Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) who are striving to advance gender equality.

What We Do

Launched in early 2024, TrailblazHER™ empowers girls and women through development programmes, mentorship, scholarships and industry partnerships. Our Inspire, Develop and Innovate pillars engage with women, allies and employers at all stages of career development.
