- Two incoming French ERASMUS students: Marlene and Cassandra
- Two summer interns funded by ARISE and the Faculty: Allex Elliott and Lone Elin Haas
- Nisha Johns, PhD student supervised by Dr. Azza Silotry Naik and Prof. Hugh J. Byrne
The presenters are working together over the summer with Dr. Elena Alexa at the Centre for AMR and One Health Research (CAMROH), Catherine Morelli, Emmanuel Duah Osei, Ranahansi Bandara and Dr. Azza Silotry Naik(Nanolab Research Centre, Centre for Sustainable Packaging and Bioproducts, Food Innovation & Health Research Centre) in the School of Food Science and Environmental Health.
