School Hosts Visit From Dalata Hotel Group
On Tuesday 7th October 2025, we were delighted to welcome representatives from Dalata Hotel Group to discuss placement and development opportunities with our students.
Dalata’s Group Training Manager, Ffion Jones, was joined by TU Dublin City graduate Andrew Brady, Deputy General Manager, Maldron Kevin St, and TU Dublin Tallaght graduates Marta Tajkowska, HR Executive at Clayton Charlemont and Jamie O’Flaherty HR Graduate at Clayton Burlington Road.
Dalata has kindly developed a structured 24- week rotation specifically for our students across a range of discipline areas. These include Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Meetings & Events, Reservation & Revenue and Supervisory Skills including exposure to Leadership Meetings or Strategy Sessions.
The students were very engaged with the event as evidenced by the number of questions during the Q&A session.
