Dr. Fiona Faulkner Receives Adult Literacy for Life Funding

Numeracy Meets Series

Dr Fiona Faulkner has been awarded  €30,000 from the ALL (Adult Literacy for Life) Collaboration and Innovation Fund. This funding will be used to prepare and deliver teacher training to tutors of numeracy in Further Education colleges nationally.  The application was a TU Dublin lead application and will work in collaboration with UCC, UL, NUIG, NALA (National Adult Literacy Agency) and SOLAS. This national continuous professional development in numeracy project entitled 'Numeracy Meets' kicked off with an online introductory session tthat took place on Tuesday May 6th and will continue with in-person workshops in the new academic year.
