Stephen Meehan, CEO of The Convention Centre Dublin Speaks to Tourism, Hospitality and Events Students
Then and now...
We were thrilled to welcome Stephen Meehan CEO of the The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) who spoke to students of the TU Dublin School of Tourism and Hospitality Management today.
Stephen talked students and staff through his journey as a student in DIT Cathal Brugha Street through his early career in hospitality industry right up to how he manages the day-to-day workings of the enormous event space of the CCD.
He provided valuable insight on learning from failure, building confidence and how to drive ongoing success as well as offering advice to students on stepping outside of their comfort zone, building their networks and developing transferable skillsets.
