Kick-off Meetings at L'Institut Agro Montpellier for the New Erasmus+ Key Action Project ‘Tradinnovations’

Tradinnovations will use an international multidisciplinary, educational approach to provide educational tools and pathways for educators and learners. Central to the educational approach is building on the best food cultural and heritage practices, ingredients and culinary dishes and learning how to innovate these to develop foods for societal and dietary needs.
