We want to know what you think about the value, impact and future of Student Volunteering.
So, as part of an Irish Universities Association and Campus Engage initiative, TU Dublin Student Volunteering and the national Student Volunteering Working Group (SVWG are delighted to launch: 'The Value and Impact of Higher Education Student Volunteering in Ireland' Report to mark International Volunteer Day 2021.
The report highlights the value and impact that student volunteers play, not only in our HEIs but also in local, regional, national, and international communities. "Student volunteers are a major force underpinning Irish higher education institutions' civic role and driving Ireland's agenda to create an island of inclusion and engagement." The report also details many recommendations that can further support this valuable work and grow HE student volunteering at TU Dublin and across the island of Ireland.
