TU Dublin Named Dublin’s Best for Graduate Employability

TU Dublin is proud to be ranked Number 1 in Dublin for graduate employability across both Undergraduate Honours and Postgraduate Taught programmes for the second consecutive year, according to the latest HEA Graduate Outcomes Survey. This national survey, conducted nine months after graduation, highlights the strong early career outcomes of TU Dublin graduates and reflects the University’s distinctive blend of academic excellence and real-world learning. More than seven in ten graduates from our honours undergraduate programmes (70%) and our taught postgraduate programmes (77%) secure employment within nine months.
Applied, practice-based education is central to the TU Dublin experience. Students combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning, working closely with industry partners and collaborating on real-world challenges that build confidence and job-ready skills. With more than 800 industry partnerships, employer engagement is embedded across programme design, delivery, and assessment, providing extensive opportunities for placements, internships, and live projects.
A defining strength of TU Dublin is its supportive learning environment, where students benefit from personalised one-to-one interaction with lecturing and technical staff. This individual support, combined with dedicated academic and well-being services, helps students develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed during their studies and beyond.
