Attention Students: Outstanding Fees Now Due

Published: Tuesday 28 April 2026 - 16:45

Earlier this year, the University extended the fee payment deadline from 31 January 2026 to 30 April 2026 to allow additional time for students to complete registration, particularly those who experienced difficulties. As all students are now fully registered, this deadline will not be extended further.

Important: What happens if fees are not paid

If your fees remain unpaid, a hold may be placed on your student account. This may result in:

  • Your summer examination results not being released
  • Your inability to progress to the next academic year while fees remain outstanding

We understand that financial circumstances can be challenging, and we strongly encourage you to contact us by logging a ticket if you are experiencing difficulty so we can help you resolve your account.

How to Pay Your Fees

Pay your fees online

Fees can be paid securely through the online fee payment portal available via your student account. You will need your student number and password to complete the transaction.  Watch this Tutorial Video if you're experiencing issues.

Sponsor payments (employer-funded students)

If your employer is paying your tuition fees, you may complete your registration without making a payment by selecting the “Sponsor” option during registration on the “Pay Fees” page. You will be asked to confirm your employer’s details.

After registration is complete, payment can be arranged by either:

  • Requesting an invoice for your employer to pay via bank transfer, or
  • Your employer pays directly as an authorised user through Touchnet
