TU Dublin has moved to a new student registration system this summer, and we had a few teething problems. After some delays in issuing your Invitation to Register, most of you will now have received it in your TU Dublin email accounts. Now that classes are well underway, you need to register by 31 October 2025.
Please remember, you should register on a laptop or computer, not a mobile phone, and it will take up to 30 minutes.

Haven’t Received Your Invitation to Register Email?
If you have not received your Invitation to Register email, and you are not in one of the following groups:

Students who sat a repeat exam,
-
Students who were on a work placement in the last academic year (24/25),
-
Students who were on an Erasmus placement in the last academic year (24/25),

Need Help with Registration? Log a Ticket the Quick Way
To get the fastest response with any issues you are having, please use the specific links on the Log a Ticket page (for example, Registration or Fees) instead of the general ticket.
- Each form sends your query straight to the right team. Using the General ticket sends everything to the Student Hub first, which can delay your reply because of the high number of requests.
- If you see a login error, click 'Sign in with TU Dublin Azure via SAML' to continue.
- Choosing the correct link helps us answer your question faster and keeps queues shorter for everyone.

Repeat Students
For those students who took supplemental exams in August, your Invitation to Register is delayed. However, by Monday, you will receive access to Brightspace, and you can currently access other Student Services such as our Health Centres and Libraries.
SUSI grants
Students who have applied for SUSI can register without paying fees by entering their SUSI application number. Please complete your registration as soon as possible, as this is required to confirm with SUSI so that your payments can be made. If you sat supplementals (or have been on work placement or Erasmus) and do not have your Invitation To Register, please fill in this form. SUSI have confirmed to us that payments are processed every week, and any late payments will be backdated.
Module Selection
If you have received your Invitation to Register email, it is important to start the registration process and select at least one of your modules so that you can be added to class lists. If you experience any issues selecting modules, don't worry; this can be resolved, just do your best to select as many as you can. Module listings for each course are available here.
