TU Dublin Announces Finalists for the Inaugural TrailblazHER™ Excellence Awards

TU Dublin's TrailblazHER™ Excellence Awards 2025 Finalists Announced.

Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) is proud to announce the finalists for the inaugural TrailblazHER™ Excellence Awards, a ground-breaking national initiative honouring women who are redefining excellence, leadership, and innovation across Ireland.

Part of TU Dublin’s flagship gender equality programme TrailblazHER™, the Excellence Awards celebrate women, changemakers, and allies who are shaping the future across every sector, from science and technology to education, entrepreneurship, the arts, and community leadership.

This year’s awards recognise 51 exceptional finalists across 12 categories, each with an inspiring story of determination, creativity, and impact.

The winners will be unveiled at the Excellence Awards Ceremony on November 6th in TU Dublin’s stunning Concert Hall, an evening dedicated to honouring the achievements of Ireland’s most dynamic and trailblazing women and allies.

“These awards are about more than achievement; they are about empowerment, visibility, and connection,” said Dr Aoife Blowick, Senior Manager of TrailblazHER™. “The Excellence Awards shine a light on the women, allies, and changemakers who are reshaping Ireland’s future. From pioneering researchers and visionary entrepreneurs to transformative educators and community leaders, the 2025 finalists embody what it means to lead with purpose, passion, and impact.
