Sara’s role is Chief Human Resources Officer, which includes oversight of the University’s staff recruitment, contract management, training and development and employee and industrial relations functions. She joined TU Dublin in August 2024 following a career in UK Higher Education, working in senior and director level HR and Organisational Development roles at the universities of Essex, Falmouth, QMUL and Suffolk. She is a qualified leadership coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) and Co-Chair of the Organisational Development in Higher Education network.
Sara holds a MA in Educational Research from the University of Sussex, a MSC in Strategic Training and Development from the University of Surrey and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Outside of work you’ll find Sara in a dance studio, at the theatre or watching rugby. She is the proud mother of two amazing young men.
