Where is the Open Day?

The event takes place at TU Dublin Grangegorman Campus, Dublin 7. You can view further information on our Getting to Grangegorman page.

Do I need to register?

Yes, please register at CAO Open Days Registration.

Is the Open Day suitable for parents and guardians?

Definitely! Just make sure everyone registers.

Is there a schedule for the day?

How do I get there?

As there is no parking on campus, we recommend using public transport. Directions and transport options are available at Grangegorman - Getting Here.

Is parking available?

There is no parking available on campus. Park Rite Smithfield is the closest carpark to our campus.

Can I take a campus tour?

Yes! Guided campus tours will run throughout the day (Weather permitting). Information on tours are available on our Campus Tours page. 

Will there be refreshments or food stalls?

Yes, food and drink options will be available on campus. See Making the Most of Your Visit for details.

Can I speak to lecturers?

Yes! There will be course talks and info sessions across all Faculties and Schools.

Can I learn about new programmes or initiatives?

Absolutely, you can explore new courses and university initiatives. We will also be launching our new Arts course (TU980) on the day. Details will be sent to you with the schedule.

Can I speak to someone about a course on a different campus?

Yes, lecturers and students from Aungier St. Blanchardstown, Bolton Street, Grangegorman and Tallaght will be there to answer all your questions.

Will there be information for postgraduate students?

Yes, there will be a dedicated stand for postgraduate study. To find out more and register, visit Postgraduate Open Days.

Will I learn about student supports and access routes?

Yes, you’ll find information on access routes, scholarships, clubs, societies, and volunteering opportunities.

Can I speak to current students?

Definitely! Student ambassadors will be available to share their experiences and answer your questions.

Will there be specific support for international applicants?

Absolutely, there will be a dedicated information stand for international applicants in the Central Quad.
