The Centre for Entrepreneurial Behaviour, Inclusion and Innovation (CEBII) at TU Dublin is a dynamic hub dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship and innovation for the benefit of individuals, organisations, and societies worldwide. Our mission is to enhance entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities through excellence in research, impactful dissemination, and informed advocacy.

At CEBII, we are passionate about shaping the future of entrepreneurship by producing cutting-edge academic research across key areas, including entrepreneurial behaviour, inclusion and diversity in enterprise, innovation-driven entrepreneurship, policy and ecosystem development, education and training, global and comparative entrepreneurship studies, and impact measurement and evaluation.

We are committed not only to generating knowledge, but also to ensuring it reaches those who can use it most. CEBII actively translates research into meaningful insights for entrepreneurs, educators, policymakers, support agencies, and communities. Through advocacy, we work to influence regulatory and legislative frameworks that enable more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Our work is strengthened by a globally connected, cross-disciplinary network of researchers and partners, positioning CEBII as a leading centre for entrepreneurship scholarship and real-world impact.
