Saad Ahmed

Lecturer

Saad Ahmed is a Lecturer in Innovation and Project Management at TU Dublin with over a decade of multi-sector experience in creating and leading projects and enterprises to success. His approach combines practical problem-solving with scholarly rigour. Saad’s research and teaching focus on innovation management, entrepreneurial behaviour, and agile project delivery, with a particular interest in early-stage startup development and disciplined innovation processes—the subject of his PhD.

As an innovation consultant and educator, Saad designs interventions that strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset, skillset, and toolset, enabling the commercialization of innovative ventures. His work spans agile new venture creation, entrepreneurial bricolage, growth marketing, and leading diverse teams, reflecting his commitment to inclusive and impactful innovation. Saad is passionate about fostering environments where creativity and collaboration drive solutions to real-world challenges. His mission is simple: to bring people together to transform ideas into sustainable, inclusive innovations that improve lives.
