Overview
The Entrepreneurship Education and Training Pillar is dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurial capability through innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning. Central to CEBII's mission, this Pillar supports the development of education and training initiatives that empower individuals, communities, and organisations to engage with entrepreneurship as a pathway to opportunity, resilience, and societal contribution.
The Pillar advances entrepreneurship education across TU Dublin and fosters external engagement through professional programmes, mentoring initiatives, and collaborations that support diverse entrepreneurial journeys.
A particular focus is placed on ensuring that entrepreneurship education is accessible, practice-oriented, and responsive to the needs of underrepresented groups and vulnerable communities.
Goals for 2026
In 2026, this Pillar will:
- Enhance TU Dublin’s leadership in entrepreneurship education and capability development
- Develop inclusive training and learning initiatives aligned with the Centre’s mission
- Promote best practice and innovation in entrepreneurial pedagogy
- Build pathways for entrepreneurial learning that support individuals, communities, and emerging entrepreneurs
