Overview

The Research Excellence and Visibility Pillar focuses on building a vibrant, ambitious research culture within CEBII. It aims to strengthen the quality, coherence, and impact of the Centre’s scholarship, supporting research that advances academia and drives meaningful societal change.

This Pillar provides a foundation for collaborative inquiry, peer learning, and shared ownership of research excellence. It also plays a key role in enhancing CEBII's visibility nationally and internationally through partnerships, dissemination, and high-quality research outputs.

By supporting the development of publications, projects, and external engagement, the Pillar ensures that CEBII research is both globally relevant and locally impactful.

Goals for 2026

In 2026, this Pillar will:

• Build an active research community grounded in peer support and shared excellence
• Strengthen the Centre’s visibility with key stakeholders nationally and research partners internationally
• Foster collaboration leading to funded projects and impactful dissemination
• Provide structured support for academic writing and the development of high-quality research papers
