The COZYME (COmputationally assisted design of enZYMEs) Action comprises a Pan-European collaborative network aimed at developing and implementing state-of-the-art computational tools for rapid enzyme improvement. More information: https://cozyme.eu/
She presented the Genesis group’s work on Activation of CALB by alkylammonium ions: exploring structure activity relationships to ~80 attendees. Genesis is a group of researchers from TU Dublin and DCU with an interest in applying enzymes in Green Chemistry applications. The objective is to explore new ways to synthesise materials using enzymes as catalysts.
