Environmental Sustainability and Food Production

Explore how food, nature and people connect in the urban environment. This hands-on minor combines sustainability, ecology and urban food growing to address real-world environmental challenges.

Structure & Credits

40 ECTS – all mandatory. Includes modules on landscape skills, community horticulture, ecology, biodiversity, apiculture, environmental management and culinary plants.
