Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Technological University Dublin (RCN 20204754) whose registered office is at Park House, Grangegorman, 191 North Circular Road, Dublin 7, D07 EWV4 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to current TU Dublin students and staff, aged 18 years or over, with the exception of the permission of the parent of guardian to those aged over 16.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
3. Entry Requirements
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
Entry into the prize draw is via completion of the specified TU Dublin online feedback form related to the AI chatbot solution under development.
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must complete one of the available feedback forms (one for student, one for staff). Multiple submissions are allowed from each individual.
Only individuals with TU Dublin user accounts can access the feedback forms. Submissions are not anonymous, but are associated to the user's account.
The closing date for entry is Friday 18 September 2026 at 16:59 (Irish time). Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical failures or other issues outside its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify multiple or fraudulent entries.
Entries submitted using automated methods, scripts, bots or other technical means intended to manipulate the entry process will not be accepted.
4. Information Administration
Feedback submissions are collected using Microsoft Forms, a service provided by Microsoft.
Microsoft acts as a data processor on behalf of the Promoter for the purposes of collecting survey responses.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of six €50 One4all gift cards, with one gift card awarded to each of three individual winners. Three of the gift cards are reserved to students; other three to staff.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
Any additional terms and conditions applicable to the gift card provider will apply.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
An expert committee formed by Marketing & Recruitment senior staff will review each submission, from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The three most insightful feedback submissions for each category (students and staff), intended as the submissions that will point to previously unidentified issues, will be awarded the prizes.
When evaluating the submissions, the committee will also consider the breadth and clarity of the submitted feedback.
The committee's decisions will be final and non-appealable.
The draw will take place within 30 days of the closing date.
Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw using the contact details provided when entering the survey.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Information
The surname and county of the winners may be made available 60 days after the closing date by emailing: web@tudublin.ie.
Winners may object to the publication of this information or request that the amount of information shared be reduced. In such circumstances the Promoter may still provide the information to relevant regulatory authorities if required.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the survey and prize draw, including contacting and verifying the winners and issuing the prizes.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Survey responses are collected using Microsoft Forms, provided by Microsoft, which processes personal data on behalf of the Promoter.
Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the participant has expressly opted in to receive such communications.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Any changes will be posted on the relevant TU Dublin webpage.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
