TrailblazHER™ works with professionals, organisations, and enterprises who share our commitment to gender equity and women's progression. Their involvement across our programmes, events, and content plays an important role in connecting participants with real-world experience, professional networks, and the kind of insight that makes a tangible difference.
There are a number of ways to contribute professionally to TrailblazHER™, outlined below. We welcome expressions of interest from individuals and organisations across all sectors and career stages.
Speak at an Event or Programme
Speakers contribute to TrailblazHER™ events, workshops, programme sessions, and festivals throughout the year - from short panel contributions to dedicated talks. Whether sharing professional expertise, career insights, or lived experience, speakers play a valued role in connecting participants with perspectives that broaden their horizons.
Host an Event or Industry Visit
Organisations and individuals can host TrailblazHER™ groups for industry visits, site experiences, or collaborative events as part of our programme activities. These visits give students and participants direct exposure to professional environments and are among the most impactful ways to connect with our community.
Contribute to a Workshop or Programme
Professionals can contribute to TrailblazHER™ workshops and programmes by co-facilitating sessions, sharing case studies, offering feedback on participant work, or lending specialist expertise to programme content. These contributions enrich the learning experience and strengthen the connection between education and professional practice.

Become a Mentor
Through MentorHER, professionals are matched with students for one-to-one mentoring across the academic year. Training and support are provided throughout the programme. Mentors are welcome from all sectors, career stages, and backgrounds.

Through our Spotlight Role Models Series and other initiatives, we create opportunities for women across sectors and career stages to share their experience - reaching students, professionals, and communities who benefit from seeing diverse pathways reflected.

TrailblazHER™ is built on the expertise, experience, and generosity of professionals who give their time to support the next generation. There are several ways to get involved - from mentoring a student one-to-one, to delivering a talk, sharing your story, or presenting at an awards ceremony. Whatever your background or sector, your experience has value here.
Ways to contribute:
- MentorHER: Guide a student who is navigating the path you have already walked. Through one-to-one mentoring across the academic year, you can offer the kind of practical, honest guidance that makes a real difference at a critical stage.
- Present Awards: Be part of the moment a young woman is recognised for her work and potential. Award presenters play a meaningful role in the TY TrailblazHER Awards and other TrailblazHER events throughout the year.
- Deliver a Talk or Workshop: Share your knowledge, your story, or your expertise with students and participants across our programmes. Whether it is a one-off session or an ongoing contribution, your perspective matters.

- The Spotlight Role Models Series: The Spotlight Role Models Series is a short video interview series featuring trailblazers across sectors and life stages - capturing the moments, choices, and turning points that shaped their path.
Research consistently shows that relatable role models influence whether women apply for roles, pursue leadership, and believe progression is possible for them.
The series celebrates the full spectrum of experience, including students, graduates, and early career professionals, career changers and those returning to work, founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, and community builders, people working in fields where they remain underrepresented, and those navigating the intersections of identity, ability, and lived experience.
How it works - We record your interview at a time and place that suits you, The feature will be published across TrailblazHER™ channels and the website.
