TrailblazHER™ will support women with the unique challenges they face as job seekers, job creators and leaders by delivering a range of experiences and supports for schoolgoers, higher education students, alumni, entrepreneurs and Irish businesses.

ESTeEM

ESTeEM is an award-winning mentoring programme that aims to address inequality for our female, trans and gender-nonconforming students in Engineering, ICT, and Apprenticeships by facilitating transformative relationships with individuals in STEM leadership roles.

W-STEM Project

We are an active participant in the Athena Swan initiative which was established to encourage and recognise commitment to advancing the careers of women in STEM employment in higher education and research.
