Registration is now open: 3rd EUT+ Conference - Exploring Multilingualism: Language, Technology and Cross-Cultural Connections

TU Dublin Language Studies is delighted to host the 3rd EUT+ Conference, taking place on January 15–16, 2026, at our Aungier St Campus. This international conference will bring together researchers and practitioners to explore the evolving roles of multilingualism, technology and cross-cultural communication in today’s interconnected world.

The conference will provide a multidisciplinary platform to discuss a wide range of topics, including:

  • Multilingual Competence
  • Multilingualism, Media and Society
  • Literary Multilingualism
  • Translation and Interpreting Studies
  • Technology and Language Learning
  • Plurilingualism in Education
  • Intercultural Communication
  • Language Policy and Planning

Aligning with the Council of Europe Recommendation 2022.1, which calls for higher education institutions to foster plurilingualism and intercultural dialogue, this conference will serve as a space to exchange innovative research, best practices and collaborative ideas.

Open to both EUT+ and non-EUT+ researchers and professionals, the event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, paper presentations and interactive workshops, providing ample networking opportunities.

We invite scholars and practitioners to submit proposals and take part in this stimulating and intellectually rewarding event.

Presentations may be delivered in any of the EUT+ languages. If you choose to present in a language other than English, please ensure that an abstract in English is provided. Kindly note that presentations not delivered in English may attract a smaller audience, and the Q&A session may include questions posed in English.

There will be registration fees for non-EUT+ participants:
  • Non-EUT+ Staff: €100
  • Non-EUT+ Postgraduate Students: €75
  • EUT+ Members: Free

We look forward to welcoming you to TU Dublin in January 2026!
