Dr Esen Efeoglu will present High-throughput proteomic analysis of FFPE lung tissues Proteomics in User Group Meeting for UK/Ireland & Nordics

Dr. Esen Efeoglu Maher is Assistant Lecturer in School of Food Sciences and Environmental Health/ Principle Investigator of Nanolab Research Centre, TU Dublin.

Esen Efeoglu Maher had a long-standing collaboration with the PreOmics team and have found their products really useful for both proteomics and metabolomics research. 

The meeting will feature a range of talks, ranging from FFPE tissues to gut microbiome and immunopeptidomics.

Her  presentation is titled “High-throughput proteomic analysis of FFPE lung tissues: Enhancing reproducibility and speed with the BeatBox®.”
