To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, our President, Dr Deirdre Lillis and the EDI Directorate will welcome Jennifer Keane, founder of paygap.ie to the Grangegorman campus on 11 March. 

Jennifer Keane founded paygap.ie to provide a publicly accessible database of Irish Gender Pay Gap Reports. This event will feature a Welcome Address from our President Dr Lillis, followed by a conversation between Jennifer and EDI Lead Lianne Rooney. A former software engineer, Jennifer will discuss her career and experiences of gender bias in tech, her motivation for establishing paygap.ie. 

Her gender activism and learnings gained from collecting four years of gender pay gap reports. The event will close with an opportunity for audience questions.
