The new brewing yeasts has shifted from traditional consistency toward high-performance, tailored strains developed through advanced bioprospecting and precise genetic modification.  Nanolab Research Centre  is excited to invite Prof. Brian Gibson to present at Physical to Life Sciences Research Hub. Prof. Brian Gibson was Head of Department of Brewing and Beverage Technology in Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin) before he took academic role in School of Food Science and Environmental health in TU Dublin.
