Prof. Brian Gibson will present 'New yeasts for new beers: from bioprospecting to strain development in the pursuit of new brewing yeasts'
The new brewing yeasts has shifted from traditional consistency toward high-performance, tailored strains developed through advanced bioprospecting and precise genetic modification. Nanolab Research Centre is excited to invite Prof. Brian Gibson to present at Physical to Life Sciences Research Hub. This presentation is designed for industry, researchers, students, and staff eager to explore cutting-edge research, collaboration opportunities, and project possibilities.
Prof. Brian Gibson was Head of Department of Brewing and Beverage Technology in Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin) before he took academic role in School of Food Science and Environmental health in TU Dublin.
