There is NO PARKING on campus (Green Campus); you can access Grangegorman via Public Transport or park at an additional cost at the RIU Plaza The Gresham, contact the hotel directly.

  • To book the  RIU Plaza The Gresham hotel at the conference rate please find instructions below. IMPORTANT NOTE: The hotel conference rate is only available up to 30 days prior to the conference date (i.e. 10 May 2025) and there is limited capacity. It is advised to book accommodation as soon as possible.

    1. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel within the following 24/48h. In the confirmation email you will have a contact email in case you need to make any changes to your booking.  
    2. Payment will be required 15 days prior to arrival date, the hotel will send you payment instructions then.
