Daniel King is a Lecturer in Financial Management in the School of Hospitality Management and Tourism, TU Dublin, Grange Gorman Campus, Dublin 7.
He has a bachelor of business studies (BBS) degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science (MSc) degree, in Information Technology in Accounting, from Dublin City University.
Daniel is a qualified accountant, being a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Global Management Accountants.
He has over twenty years lecturing experience having lectured for LSB College (now part of Dublin Business School) and National College of Ireland prior to joining DIT.
Daniel also has considerable experience lecturing to students studying for professional accountancy qualifications such as ACCA and CIMA.
He has delivered professional accountancy courses for BPP Professional Education in Dublin and more recently for First Intuition Ireland.
Prior to his academic career Daniel gained over ten year’s practical experience working for such companies as Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and Kelloggs.
